Repairs & Upgrades

 

All upgrades and repairs can be done in home and while you wait. This is for the customers convince. If you prefer, the machine can be collected for repair and delivered back to you.

 See below for charges:

(In some circumstances some repairs may need specialist diagnostics and a machine might need to be taken back to the workshop)

bulletIn home Upgrade - Call out and upgrade (includes first upgrade)

bulletAdditional upgrades - To install a second upgrade at the same time.

bulletIn home Repair - Call out and diagnostics. (up to 30 min's repair)
bullet£25
bulletLabour charge - For additional time on repairs or diagnostics
bullet £15  per hour
bulletTuition - To be pre-arranged before call out. Various PC Basics can arranged for tuition
bullet £15  per hour
