I have worked in the PC field now for about 5 years and have worked for two companies previously that build, upgraded and repaired PC's. I have a computing BSc and have decided that  I would like to offer a unique service. I have always wanted to be able to offer the customer that little bit more piece of mind when they entrust someone with responsibility of having their PC worked on.

First of all I offer an in home service of where I will work on your PC in your own home. This saves you having to disconnect any wires and your own time with taking it to a shop and waiting in a queue.

This also allows you to see what is being done to your machine for your own interests. You will have that piece of mind that your PC won't be miss treated and you can also watch while I repair and upgrade so that next time you might be able to take on the task yourself.

The tuition that I offer is very basic and easy to understand. It is aimed at first time users and includes things like saving and printing files, installing new software and devices. Basic Microsoft Office and Windows use. Or anything you want to customise my time too. I don't offer advanced training or preparation time for exams.
